The brackets fit perfectly with the stock bumper. Make sure to mount the brackets on the bumper then the bumper to the car. Beware if ordering the mounting hardware kit, BUM-2020, bc it only comes with the bolts for the bumper to the mounts. You will also need the bolts from the mount to the body. This requires :
2X 3/8-16 X3/4" (for the center bracket)
8X 3/8-16 X1 1/4" (for the other 4 brackets)
8X 3/8 flat washers
8X 3/8  X1 1/4" rubber washer (not a necessity but used them so it wouldn't scratch the paint between the bumper and the body.)
All in all was about $12 in extra hardware but this takes the guess work out of it.
