With the popularity of lowered Firebirds and Trans Am's, how about if a crossflow system could be designed for incredible ground clearance but with an ultra high flow crossflow muffler that doesn’t sound like a 747 taking off. Add the fact that the system includes the ONLY horsepower generating X-pipe kit designed specifically to run in the driveshaft tunnel for extra ground clearance. This is the kit for you! Stainless steel manifold downpipes are available as an option for those that do not have headers. Great for even the highest performance (up to 600 horsepower) applications where ground clearance and OEM 'look' is a priority. Fits 1967 - 1981 Firebird and Trans Am models. If you are running exhaust manifolds and would like to get the head down pipes we will need to confirm what type manifolds you have. Pontiac had a few designs; Standard, Long Branch, Factory Ram Air or HO all have different outlet locations.
